Slow Burn is my monthly retainer option for authors who want a steady partner in their corner to handle both the creative and administrative tasks you’d rather not be doing.

Part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 40 hours/month) plans are available.

What’s included each month:

  • 8-15 custom graphics with captions

  • Comment and DM management

  • Newsletter management and distribution

  • Street Team management

  • Release-specific tasks (form creation & management, ARC distribution & tracking, influencer outreach)

  • Alpha/Beta reading

  • Content Pulling

  • Misc administrative tasks

  • A monthly progress check-in with weekly updates in between

  • I work with romance authors, from debut to established, who want support launching and marketing their books.

    I particularly love working with indie MM and queer romance authors.

  • I handle the behind-the-scenes work that gets your book noticed, like graphics, captions, newsletters, reader team forms, and engagement, so you have more time to write.

  • I offer launch packages, monthly support plans, and a la carte add-ons. You can see everything on my Services page, and I’m happy to build a custom plan if you need something different.

  • Everything is delivered digitally. I share graphics, captions, and materials through Google Drive, and I send weekly updates so you always know where things stand.

  • Yes, all work is remote, so we can work together no matter where you are.

  • I collect all payments via PayPal invoice.

    Ongoing monthly services require payment on the first of the month (if services start mid-month, the initial payment will be prorated). One-time packages and add-ons will require at least 50% payment up front.

  • I can’t guarantee sales, and no honest assistant can. What I can promise is organized, consistent, and thoughtful support designed to put your book in front of the right readers.
